 Part-time Au Pair Coordinator 

We are looking for someone interested in promoting cultural exchange and flexible, affordable childcare in your area! 

Do you like working with families and young adults, and are you looking for flexible work hours from home? 

Responsibilities include:

• Sales, marketing and business development,
• Screening qualified host families,
• Promote and expand local exchange program
• Providing support to both host families and au pairs, and
• Planning monthly get-togethers for the au pairs in your area. 

Perfect for stay-at-home parents, part time employees and empty nesters who are well connected in their community.  Must be self-motivated, sales-driven and professional. Opportunities for career growth available.   Strong sales or marketing background is a plus.

The successful candidate must:

• Enjoy working with people -be proficient in computer and internet skills
• Have a car, computer and phone
• Be open to learning new methods of sales and marketing
• Be able to network in their community to generate new opportunities and spread the word about our brand
• Be able to multi-task and wear multiple hats
• Be able to mediate difficult situations and possess conflict-resolution skills
• Have good communication skills  and be interested in promoting cultural exchange
• Enjoy  travel - although travel is limited, much of the sales bonus and incentives are provided in the form of national and international trips
• Have passion for cultural exchange

Must live in one of these areas: marina Del Rey, Mar Vista, Playa Del Rey, Venice, Culver City, Ladera Heights, Sant Monica.
