The Store Manager is the key salaried member of the store management team. He or she provides training and direction to employees to support the day-to-day operations of the store, including Customer Care, People Development, Sales Building and Asset Protection.
The salary range for Store Manager is $32,000 - $39,000 plus bonus potential, based on experience and store volume.
The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of retail experience. He or she must have experience in supervision of employees. Some computer skills will be necessary to be successful in the position.
