Property Manager

We have an opportunity for an on-site Property Manager at Festus Gardens Apartments in Festus, Missouri.    We are looking for an individual who has a positive attitude, assertive, organized and who also has an eye for  detail.

Property Manager Responsibilities include:

• Market property and vacant space to prospective tenants through leasing agents, advertising, or other methods 
• Maximizing occupancy levels and property values
• Direct collection of monthly assessments, rental fees and deposits 
• Budgeting
• Coordinate general maintenance, repairs, remodeling or construction projects for property
• Investigate complaints disturbances and violations and resolve problems following management rules and regulations 
• Meet prospective tenants to show properties, explain terms of occupancy, and provide information about local areas 
• Writing accurate leases
• Recruit and hire staff when necessary 
• Supervise others
• Planning, assigning, and directing work
• Coordinate the activities of staff and contract personnel and evaluate performance 

The more dynamic you are the better. This position is about understanding what people want and need in a living space and positioning your open units in a way which causes renters to sign on the dotted line. We want you to be successful and will do what we can to make sure you are fully trained and equipped to do your job well.
