job description

We are looking for someone to provide technical support to our client's customers.  This will be done via telephone, email, internet and on-site.  Additionally, the individual will install and configure production systems for customers and deploy them at the customer site.  Routine maintenance will follow. 

You will also be assisting in testing application software and hardware.

It is a great opportunity to get in on the ground floor of a great company!


job Requirements

Must have excellent communication skills - you will be doing a lot of talking to customers!

2-3 years of experience in a technical support role

Experience working with Windows XP - installing, configuring and troubleshooting

Experienced with networking in a Windows environment. 

Experience working with databases

Experience with Point of Sale software
