Vice President

PSI, a national environmental, geotechnical, and construction materials consulting and engineering firm, has an immediate position available for a Vice President who has an interest in developing long-term client relationships with increasing project and professional responsibilities.

Qualifications include:

• BS in Civil Engineering required

• Professional Registration (PE) required

• 10+ year’s experience in geotechnical and/or construction materials testing and engineering management

• A proven track record in growing the business and strong leadership skills required

• Develop and implement regional strategies to grow the business and increase profitability.

• Assist business units in developing individual business goals and strategies for their local market and provide guidance in their development of their comprehensive annual business plans.

• Promote the delivery of high quality services that focus on client satisfaction and new business opportunities. 

• Provide senior engineering review.

• Become a market leader and develop deep understanding of the major clients, competitors, can market forces at play in each market. 

• Build strong client relationships.

•  Establish realistic operation improvement strategies and develop action plans to guide the performance improvement process.
