Job Description

Nationwide’s Agency Capital Builder (ACB) Program is our newest and most innovative program in the industry that offers a clear answer. Nationwide places agents in a company-owned storefront, covers all cost of operations and marketing material, gives the agent a yearly marketing budget and pays a base salary plus unlimited monthly production bonuses. Nationwide offers extensive, ongoing training as we teach you all aspects of building, growing, and managing your own agency.


Specific examples of corporate support include:

·         All overhead expenses paid during the program

·         Base salary plus unlimited monthly bonuses during the program

·         Fully licensed administrative office support

Job Requirements 

Qualified candidates should possess:

·         Strong sales and service background with a track record of success

·         A Property & Casualty and Health & Life license

·         Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

·         A college degree and/or industry designations are highly desirable

 

Isn’t time to take control?    We’re looking for candidates with a proven track record of success, the capital to invest and entrepreneurial spirit.  All candidates must obtain their Property/Casualty and Life/Health licenses prior to employment.

Building for the future…  You’ll be earning capital towards future agency program opportunities. You will also have the potential to access additional capital based on the number of months in the program and eligibility to convert to an available agent program.

 

PLEASE NOTE: These additional incentives are contingent on successful completion of the ACB contract and meeting the requirements of and being accepted by Nationwide into a subsequent new agent program.
