Our Southeast Alternative School is currently seeking a Job Coach.

• Behavioral management of adolescents’  and young adults with emotional and psychological issues as well as developmental issues
• Perform student work assessment, recruit job placement sites, and maintain relationships with those sites

• Recognize and assess job requirements and model appropriate practices for student workers

• Perform job tasks as assigned, able to lift 50+lbs and carry 100 yards

• Relevant experience with adolescent population.

• Strong behavior management skills and awareness of clinical issues.

• Excellent organization, oral and written communication skills.

• Ability to work as part of a multidisciplinary team.

• Valid driver’s license.

• Working knowledge of Southeast Massachusetts area business’
