About the Job

We are looking for a seasoned and well connected sales professional to help us capitalize on exciting growth opportunities in the healthcare and education markets. Our ideal candidate is a self starter who is highly motivated with an entrepreneurial spirit and strong work ethic. As head of sales/business development this person will be driving sales, strategic relations, and partner management.  Success in the role will draw heavily from your experience developing effective strategies, identifying and prioritizing targets, negotiating and closing deals and building long-term relationships with current and potential clients. In this high-profile role, you will be at the heart of a major initiative to expand the company’s presence in the industry and help build a long term, sustainable client base. Key Responsibilities include:

* Direct all company Sales and Marketing activities

* Develop a new and consistent approach to our sales strategy and presentations

* Grow and train our sales organization

* Responsible for achieving revenue goals of the company

* Participate as a senior member of our management team

* Work closely with Design and Project Management teams to insure customer satisfaction on major projects

* Build and maintain strong relationships with a broad and diverse family of clients.

Requirements

* Proven track record of success selling in the high tech field. Web experience desired.

* 3 to 4 Years of executive sales management

* Outstanding communications and presentation skills

* Experience and established high level contacts in either the health care or education industry desired

* College degree in business, marketing, computer or related field
