Proposal Marketing Coordinator

Kiewit, one of North America's largest and most respected construction organizations, has an opening in its Eastern District office for a Technical Proposal Specialist.  The position requires a self-starter that has hands-on experience producing high quality proposals, statements of qualifications, and marketing presentations from cradle to final submission. The Eastern District of Kiewit is based in Woodcliff Lake, New Jersey and services clients in New York, Chicago and New England.  

Job duties include but are not limited to:

·         Analyze RFPs and determine the deliverables

·         Develop responsibility matrices

·         Help develop compelling and creative submittals

·         Coordinate the efforts of multiple team members

·         Translate technical input from a team of estimators into final written form

·         Technical writing and editing

·         Assembly of proposal documents

- BA or Masters degree in English, Journalism, Professional Writing or related major
- Minimum of three years experience in a similar position
- Strong command of the English language

- Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills

- Must work well under the pressure of multiple deadlines

- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office products; graphics software experience a plus.

- Submit to and pass a pre-employment drug test, and show proof of eligibility for employment in the United States.
