Inbound Call Center Representatives (2 full-time openings, 1 part-time opening)
Positions are located at our Progress Boulevard Distribution Center
4500 Progress Blvd.
Louisville, KY 40218

Summary of Purpose: This position provides order entry, provides product and service information, and resolves complaints. Responsible for recording call history into database and forwarding information to appropriate department for prompt follow-up and accurate and timely resolution.

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Receives incoming phone calls from customers and satisfies requests. Entering orders, answers inquiries, processing product returns, and provides callers with accurate, current information. Conducts research such as running reports, contacting carriers, etc. to satisfy customer requests.
• Documents customer requests, inquiries, and complaints in call history database and ensure timely closure of all open issues. Forwards issues to other departments and follows-up to ensure timely resolution.
• Documents certain procedures and trains those who are required to perform such procedures.
• Verifies state license numbers

Other Duties and Responsibilities: Other duties and responsibilities as assigned by supervisor.

Internal/External Contact: Works with internal departments at all levels to ensure smooth customer service operations and satisfactory resolution of customer requests.

Job Requirements 


 
Minimum Education Required: High School Diploma or equivalent

Minimum Experience Required: Three+ years experience working in a high-volume inbound customer service call center environment.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required (except where noted as preferred): Ability to express ideas clearly both written and oral communications. Ability to enter data accurately. Ability to handle multiple tasks well.

Bi-lingual is a bonus!

Physical Requirements: Ability to correctly input data into the computer. Able to communicate effectively with customers whether in person, on the telephone, or through correspondence.
