Human Resource Generalist

Seeking a Human Resources Generalist for Deer Park manufacturing headquarters. 

Successful candidates will have a:

• Bachelor’s Degree plus at least 5 years of HR Generalist experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.  
• Must be familiar with all phases of Human Resources and HR Law. 
• Responsibilities include employment/staffing, training, employee relations, compensation, benefits administration, policy & procedure, federal & state compliance, payroll and employee activities. 
• Must have experience with Affirmative Action Plans, VETS reporting, E-Verify and EEO matters.

Excellent organizational, interpersonal and communication skills are required.  You must have excellent PC skills and be familiar with HR information systems.
