Our client, in the Greater Hartford Area, is seeking an experienced bookkeeper to assist them in their accounting deptartment. This will start as a temporary position and will become a full time position for the right candidate. In this position, you will be responsible for the following:
- Record Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable transactions
- Manage the Purchasing responsibilities
- Prepare reports for the Accounting Manager
- Maintain payroll hours
- Answer incoming phone calls and assist with administrative duties
