Independent Dialysis Foundation is looking for a Nurse Manager for the Chestnut Square Dialysis Center a 21 station out patient clinic located in Baltimore Maryland
WORK FOR A STAFF/PATIENT FOCUSED COMPANY
Independent Dialysis Foundation, Inc is currently seeking a full-time experienced Nurse Manager. The successful candidate will have two years management experience of an outpatient dialysis clinic in addition to five years clinical experience. Candidate must posses a current, active and in good standing Registered Nursing license with the Maryland Board of Nursing Examiners.
Summary of Job Responsibilities for the Nurse Manager:
Under the supervision of the Director of Operations and in cooperation with the Medical Director, assumes responsibility for the clinical management of the Dialysis Center. The Nurse Manager will be an exemplary Dialysis Nurse and will function as such in the clinical area in order to establish the standards which guide the provision of patient care. Coordinates the overall medical and nursing care of the dialysis patients. Works in partnership with the Corporate office, the Administrators and the other Nurse Managers of Independent Dialysis Foundation to promote positive clinical outcomes for our patients.
