Description The Union Institute & University, a national university offering Bachelor’s, Master’s, and Ph.D. degrees to adult learners, is seeking a Part Time Help Desk Analyst at our Cincinnati Academic Center in Walnut Hills. The Help Desk Analyst provides help desk and desktop support for all faculty, staff and learners from 4:00 to 8:00 pm weekdays. Areas of support include E-mail (Outlook and Web e-mail), eCollege (for online classes), Adobe Connect Pro, CampusWeb (faculty and student portal), SharePoint, Microsoft Office and other technologies. Compensation is $13 per hour. This is not a benefits-eligible position.

Requirements

The successful candidate must have a excellent communication skills (written and verbal) and a great deal of patience when working with non-technical people. A Bachelor’s degree (or near completion) is highly desired, or an equivalent amount of technical and practical experience is required.
