Description CONSTRUCTION PROJECT MANAGER:

Project Manager will administer the scheduling sequences (in concert with the Project Superintendent), handle, budgeting, cost control coordination of construction, award of contracts, primary contact with the client and various design professionals in relation to contractual matters, as a representative of the company.  The position also includes coordination of Subcontractors, labor relations, Owner billings, purchasing, expediting, risk management, and various other functions related to the Project.   On some Projects, the P.M.'s role may also include coordination of separate Owner contracts, "fast track" contracts requiring Notices to Proceed from the Owner for each phase, monitoring of individual phases of work, adjustment of the work to accommodate changed conditions, determination of whether materials and workmanship are in conformance with approved contract drawings and specifications, preparation of Change Orders and change Proposals, and review of progress payments with the Owner.  In addition , responsibilities may include establishment, maintenance, and operation of temporary field construction facilities, provisions for site security, cleanup, temporary utilities, and similar General Conditions items of work.

Requirements
REQUIREMENTS:

5-10 Years of project management experience
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Experience in new construction of multi-family projects
