Requirements
We are actively recruiting for experienced Insurance Administrative Personnel in Dallas, TX and the surrounding areas. When we receive an order in from our clients, many times they will need someone to start immediately, so we are only looking for candidates that are not working at this time.
Our clients need experienced administrative professionals to assist with short and long term temporary assignments. Candidates must have prior experience in the administrative field, preferably in the insurance industry.
Our basic screening requirements include a Criminal Background Check and Employment Verification, but some clients also require drug testing and other screenings.
REQUIRED SKILLS:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a business office environment.
Computer literate: Knowledgeable and experienced in using Word, Excel, Outlook
Prior experience working in an administrative capacity for an insurance company is preferred.
Data entry/Typing skills: 40+ wpm typing, 8000+ ksph
Ability to multi-task
Professional communication skills – both verbal and written
Multi-line phone experience
