Responsibilities
 
Must have data entry skills
 
Maintain all inventory levels by working directly with Receiving and Purchasing, verifying sufficient inventory for production using the inventory system, reconciling and reporting to management

-Maintain work orders and cycle counts
-Ensure Production Summary is continually updated with status of jobs
-Verify Open Stock and Materials that are on order
-Direct monthly product inventory, do verifications and keep spreadsheets up to date
-Maintain cycle counts, printouts and corrections, prepare and participate in yearly physical inventory
Ability to perform all computer functions as they pertain to this job

  • Data Entry Skills related experience with Inventory Control
  • Must be detailed-orientated and pay close attention to accuracy
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to properly handle confidential information and records
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Strong time management skills
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, SAP a Plus
  • Ability to coordinate continuous improvement efforts
