Job Description

Employee Assistance Program (EAP) are seeking Counselors/Professionals to provide Part-time EAP support for our clients.

Duties will include:

  • providing short-term counseling, assessment and referrals for clients of the EAP
  • conducting training sessions
  • consulting with supervisors, managers, and HR staff
  • coordinating managed care intake authorizations and referrals
  • and other duties as assigned.
  • Job Requirements

    Qualified applicants will possess:

  • Master’s Degree in Social Work or related field
  • LCSW, LCPC or eligible for licensure
  • minimum of 3 years of experience in Mental Health, Substance abuse, EAP or clinical experience
  • CEAP preferred but not necessary
  • Related work experience should include clinical practice, psychiatric and substance abuse experience
  • EAP experience preferred
  • Crisis counseling preferred
  • Some computer skills are necessary
