Colonial is currently
expanding in Michigan in the community of Saginaw and are looking for strong Career Agency Builders to fill
two District Sales Manager roles and
four Agency Development Manager roles. We are interested in starting immediate discussions with interested agency builders in these areas.
We are looking for
Sales Managers who possess the following qualities:
- Entrepreneurial spirit
- Sales management experience, insurance preferred
- A proven ability to recruit and train new sales representatives
- Proven financial track record
- Excellent communication skills
