Job Summary:

Duties will be working with customer accounts that are past due and setting up repayment plans for the customers. Must be able to pass a drug test and background check. Salary is $9.25 per hour. Great opportunities for advancement. Medical and Dental benefits available upon hire.  Must be available to work both of these schedules:   sat 9-6; sun off; mon 2-11; tue 11-8; wed 11-8; thr 9-6; fri off or sat off; sun 1-10; mon;11-8; tue 2-11; wed 11-8; thr off; fri 12-9

 


Job Requirements 

  • Qualified canidates must have good telephone etiquette, excellent computer skills, previous customer service experience, and a high school diploma or GED.
  • Must be able to type at least 40 wpm and 6000 kph on alphanumeric and numeric data entry tests.
  • Collections experience is a plus.
