A growing independent automobile service chain is looking for an experienced sales driven leader. Automotive experience is not necessary, if you have a documented, verifiable record of outstanding sales and leadership skills.
- We are seeking a candidate who wants more than just a job. This is a unique opportunity to manage and run an automotive repair facility, allowing you to reap the reward for your efforts.
- You must be able to sell, lead, and build lasting relationships with the customer base.
- With documented sales/management experience - starting base salary is: $35,000 - $45,000 depending on experience
- 1st Year commission should be between $24,000 - $36,000.
- Total compensation by the 2nd/3rd year should be $90,000+.
- We have existing Service Managers earning in excess of $100,000.
- There is NO CAP on commission!
- 5 1/2 day work week (At least 1 Saturday off every month); NO Sundays.
- Shop is open from 8AM - 5PM Mon - Fri and 8AM - 2PM Saturdays.

Position Description
Title: Service Manager
Reports to: General Manager
Major Job Objectives:
To ensure that the day-to-day operations of our service bay facilities are best in class within the industry with regards to sales, margins, customer satisfaction index, average repair order (RO), scheduled maintenance, and appearance. You will be responsible for all personnel issues regarding the technicians, service writing, customer satisfaction, parts and service bay inventory, ordering parts/supplies and vendor relationships. In addition, you will work closely with the General Manager, Principals and staff of the Company to assist in the implementation of operational improvements in the service bay facilities at the location.
