Job Description

Baptist Healthcare System, a leader in healthcare and information technology with 5 hospitals in Kentucky, is seeking a Program Manager for the Revenue Cycle/ Resource Management Team of the centralized Information Services Department in Louisville.  Reporting to the Director of Information Services, the Program Manager works with Project Managers and Analysts to facilitate the implementation, upgrade and support of BHS financial applications. 

 

Works with Program Managers for the Clinical and Physician Alignment teams to facilitate mutual initiatives.  Interacts with individuals at all levels of the organization to accomplish strategic objectives.  This is an excellent opportunity to make a difference by leveraging information technology to improve the delivery of health care.

Job Requirements

Requires a Bachelors degree and ten years related experience or seven years direct experience in progressively more responsible positions.  Requires Revenue Cycle implementation and support experience in a healthcare IT environment.  Must have expertise with project management tools and methods and a proven track record of leading teams to successfully implement projects within scope, time and budget parameters.  Experience implementing and supporting McKesson systems is preferred.
