Clear Capital is growing and we're expanding our network of licensed and certified real estate appraisers with valuation reconciliation and appraisal review experience. You can work full or part time from the comfort of your home or office as an independent contractor. No special software is required – just a web browser.

Our appraisal and reconciliation staff will introduce you to our unique approach to value reconciliations and provide the best on-going training and world class support. Working together, we can deliver our mutual customers the highest quality products available in the marketplace today.

If you are proficient with valuation reconciliation products or have national review experience, really know your local market (MLS access is always a plus), and enjoy working with truly fun and respectful people, please forward a copy of your resume, highlighting related work experience, we want to work with you.

Requirements

To qualify for this work, you'll need to be a licensed or certified Appraiser, proficient with valuation reconciliation products, and have national review experience.

This is an independent contractor (1099) opportunity. Comprehensive training, cutting-edge online tools, and friendly on-going phone and email support is provided by Clear Capital's Appraisal Team.
