Job Description:

 

The role of Senior Manager/AD Purification Manufacturing is to plan and direct clinical manufacturing operation.  Responsibilities include developing, implementing and monitoring monthly and yearly goals, ensuring that processes are performed in compliance with cGMP standards, designing SOPs and Production Records, participating in deviation investigations, guaranteeing maintenance of a safe manufacturing work environment and leading a growing staff currently at 20.

 



Job Requirements

Job Qualifications:

 

The ideal candidate will have 10 or more years in cGMP biopharmaceutical production with a focus on large scale purification processes and 5-7 years of direct supervisory experience in a purification manufacturing facility.  Familiarity with purification process development or upstream operations is preferred.  Knowledge of plant safety, regulatory requirements and quality assurance concepts, the ability to mentor and counsel staff and the capacity to provide leadership to the group are required.
