Construction Estimator/Scheduler

Our client is looking for a estimator/scheduler for their Mid-Gulf Engineering Cluster that consists of two Louisiana sites, Pontchartrain (LaPlace) and Burnside, and Eldarado, Arkansas.  The estimator / scheduler will be located at the Pontchartrain site and will report to the engineering leader for the Mid-Gulf Engineering Cluster. 

The estimating function includes responsibility to create estimates for major and minor projects from engineering scopes of work for the various estimate classes (high spot through current appraisal of cost and construction cost).  The scheduling function includes responsibility to create integrated project schedules for major and minor project portfolios, major and minor project scheduling, and shut down scheduling.  Additional responsibilities include providing ongoing support activities and general assistance to supervision in planning and scheduling and estimating functions.

This position requires 3+ years of related work experience and excellent computer skills, proficient in ICARUS, P6, and Microsoft Office.
