e4e Business Solutions is an inbound call center providing technical and customer support to end users of a variety of technology and consumer-related products. We have immediate openings for Customer Service Representatives.
Customer Service Representatives respond to inbound phone calls and emails from end users of our client's product lines. This involves researching solutions in an on-line knowledge base and providing resolutions to billing and product-related issues. The Representative will routinely handle ticket creation and routing, customer entitlement, and conflict resolution related to billing and product problems. The Representative is accountable for customer satisfaction by achieving certain prescribed, measurable performance goals on a daily basis.
Applicants must be available to start by Monday, December 7th and must be available Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 12:00 AM and Saturday and Sunday, 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM. All applicants MUST be available to work through this holiday season without needing time off (including December 25th and January 1st). Any employee working on a holiday will be paid double time.
Earn $11.00/hr + monthly performance bonus
