Practice Director- Public Health  /  Practice Director - Public Housing

The selected candidates will have a minimum of 20 years of experience serving and working within the Public Health /Public Housing arena with a demonstrated track record of developing and sustaining a business development pipeline, a history of successful project delivery and client relationship management, and be a leader/mentor/motivator to the staff

• Identifies and wins project and program opportunities with high impact to profitability 
• Serves as the capture manager for proposal efforts
• Develops and executes sales plans to build new and deepen existing relationships with key Public Health officials
• Builds on your own and established network of contacts in the Public Health / Public Housing community to grow the business
• Manages a multi-disciplinary staff
• Oversees the management of numerous contracts
• Monitors and analyzes monthly financial activities
• Hires, trains, develops and manages the performance of sales staff to achieve revenue goals
• Develops annual strategic plan
• Prepares for and reports at management meetings
