Description

Performs patient care as directed, includes obtaining vital signs.
Records and notifies Branch Manager of deviations according to standard practice for each patient.
Reports any unusual circumstance in the patient's condition or environment.
Provides assistance with ADLs during patient care.
Performs incidental household services.
Completes a clinical note for each visit.
This part-time position will turn into a full-time position

Requirements

Effective written and verbal communication skills.
Current CNA in state of employment
One (1) year of experience working as a aide preferred
Must be flexible with schedule - days, nights, weekends, and holidays
