· Minimum of 7+ years experience in banking
· Minimum of 5+ years in management
· Degree in Finance or Accounting preferred
· Well developed analytical and problem-solving skills
· Thorough knowledge of credit and credit quality
· Ability to work effectively with individuals and groups in managing customer relationships
· Excellent presentation, verbal and written communication skills
