Executive Director
Catholic Residential Services of La Crosse, WI seeks a
dynamic and innovative Executive Director who is a servant leader. The successful candidate will utilize a team
approach using strong interpersonal and organizational skills while working
with CRS’ two nursing homes, an assisted living facility, and juvenile group
home in La Crosse and Wausau Wisconsin.
Catholic Residential Services, Inc. is a regional non-profit healthcare organization. We provide care to the sick, the elderly, and displaced adolescents. We operate in the Diocese of La Crosse and surrounding communities. Our central office is located in La Crosse, Wisconsin.
Requirements
Practicing Catholics with 5 years senior leadership in operational planning, board relations, financial management, risk management, and staff relations are encouraged to apply. A Master’s degree in a related field is preferred. A Wisconsin Long Term Care Administrators’ License is desirable.
