Description My client is a dynamic publicly traded company that is a leader in their industry. They are looking for a strategic thinking person to oversee their Treasury Operations.

This person will analyze working capital needs, evaluate best practices and provide recommendations. They will monitor cash flow and make decisions on funding. Understand operations and reconcile and analyze cash flows from accrual to actual and forecast. That is just the basics of this position but I am really looking for someone who has strategic operations experience. You will work very closely with and present to executive management. This position also manages 1-2 people.

This position includes about travel to foreign countries once a month, about 25%.

Requirements

Required:

Strong experience and knowledge of operations, esp working capital requirements
Experience with best practice evaluation
Experience working in a large company with Global operations is essential, esp LatAm

Preferred:

MBA preferred
Experience from a marquee company that is $1B + in annual revenues
Spanish language speaking preferred
Treasury operations at the Director level
10+ years experience

Please no heavy financial services, real estate or government background.
