Description The American Urological Association is the premier association for the advancement of urologic patient care. We are actively recruiting an experienced Customer Service Associate III.

Serves as point person for incoming calls from customers using both customer service and data entry skills. Facilitates group registration process, troubleshoots customer service calls, and provides administrative assistance to Customer Service Manager and other customer service associates with group registration.
Requirements The successful candidate will preferably have an Associates degree or some college. Candidate will have three to five years administrative/customer service experience. Data entry experience required (8,000 alphanumeric keystrokes/hr) Accurate typing (45-50 wpm). Some filing experience preferred. Must have experience working independently (self starter) or in a team atmosphere. Must also have proficient skill level of Microsoft Office Suite including Word and Excel. Willingness and availability to travel to Annual Meeting.   Hours worked are Monday - Friday from 9:30 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.
