Touching all bases of transportation, you'll be responsible for supervising and hiring transportation personnel, routing, and documentation of DOT and other required record keeping. Other duties include working with warehouse management and communicating with customers. This position requires experience with supervising drivers, familiarity with DOT regulations, and experience with a routing program and onboard computer (such as Roadnet and Cadec). Successful candidate must possess good organizational skills, communicate effectively, and be computer literate. Knowledge of local market and possession of CDL is a plus.

REGIONAL CHAIN FOODSERVICE DISTRIBUTOR IS SEARCHING FOR A TRANSPORTATION MANAGER WITH 5 TO 7 YEARS IN A FOODSERVICE DISTRIBUTION ENVIRONMENT WILL QUALIFY YOU FOR THIS OPPORTUNITY.
