Family Nurse Practitioner / FNP / CNP
Facility Description: Community focused medical center providing primary care in the local and surrounding area. The facilities include a hospital, several clinic locations, skilled nursing and assisted living. This is a not-for-profit, independently owned practice. Not affiliated with a large metropolitan system. History of local roots.
City Description: Located in a prime area of West Central Minnesota, this community has a population under 5,000 but includes a service area covering over 15,000 in population. The area is perfect for lakes lovers, outdoor MN recreation, small community setting, proximity to St. Cloud, MN and Alexandria lakes area.
Position Description: A Family Nurse Practitioner will provide primary care to all ages. The practice includes the clinic, hospital, and some urgent care hours. Family Medicine, full-scope of care practice opportunity.
Schedule: Clinic hours Monday - Friday plus some weekend rotation Saturday clinic hours. Urgent Care hours additional to 8:00PM.
Required: Graduate from accredited school with emphasis on Family Medicine as a Nurse Practitioner.
