Job Description

Ultimate Staffing is currently searching for Customer Service Representatives to work in Bedford, NH.  If you enjoy talking with people, resolving issues, and creating remarkable experiences for customers, we may have a position for you!!  Our Customer in the Greater Nashua Area is looking for Customer Service Professionals who have the following skills:

 

·        Experience answering inbound customer service calls in a timely manner

·        Administer customer service, product support, sales and marketing policies

·        Work with colleagues on implementations of new products and services

·        Enter data into internal software application in a timely manner for each transaction

·        Provide general maintenance of customer records

·        Proactively resolve customer issues

 


Job Requirements

 Qualifications:

·        1-2 years of previous experience in customer service environment desired

·        Outstanding customer service and organizational skills

·        Pleasant speaking voice with good diction

·        High school degree

·        Ability to work 11am -7:30pm Monday - Friday
