As a Client Services Supervisor, the primary duty is to manage and supervise direct care staff and to assist in marketing ResCare HomeCare in gaining and maintaining new business. These tasks are complex and require negotiation and communication skills, organizational abilities, advocacy skills and overall business sense. The Client Services Supervisor must be able to work independently as well as part of a team.
Duties included but not limited to:
- Facilitating the hiring process, which includes interviewing and screening candidates, consult with clients to provide the appropriate staffing solutions,
- Identify and/or resolve client customer service issues
- Assist in staffing clients with direct care staff,
- Assist marketing efforts in prospecting new business and managing relationships with referral sources,
- Must be able to work in a fast paced environment handling multiple demands.
