Career Services Staff for online division

 Responsibilities

• Develops contacts in the work place for graduates and externs nationwide
• Maintains college goals for employment of graduates
• Maintains student placement records and reports in accordance with Standards of Accreditation
• Assists students with skills that will allow them be successful in their job search, including resume and letter writing, interviewing, and job search strategies
• Teaches the Professional Development course, as needed

• Bachelor's degree in area of specialty and 3 years of direct experience in placement/career services, professional development and/or human resources.

• Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ability to quickly learn software for data entry and report generation.

• A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected, as well as people skills and strong communication skills.

• Teaching and/or sales experience a plus.
