CAP Carpet, Inc. is seeking energetic, outgoing account managers and sales associates who "see the glass half full and then fill it". If you have been successful in sales, are commission driven and are looking for a change then we have opportunities in retail, commercial and wholesale operations, which you may know as ProSource, Floor Trader, Big Bob’s Flooring and Carpet One. Each brand concept has a complete assortment of flooring products, including nationally recognized proprietary brands. Currently through our retail, wholesale and commercial divisions we serve the following customers:

  • Custom Home Builders
  • Installers
  • General Contractors
  • Designers
  • Property Managers
  • Carpet Cleaners
  • Restoration Companies
  • Do-it-yourself Consumers
  • Consumers Looking for Full Service

Experience in flooring is not essential but "experience with people" is. CAP Carpet, Inc. wants sales people who are more than 9-5ers! We're looking for those rare individuals who know what it takes to win new customers...and keep them coming back!

We are currently seeking account managers for our wholesale locations and sales associates for our retail locations. Compensation for these positions is commission based so the more you sell the more you earn!

Requirements

Provide exceptional sales expertise and customer service to develop lifetime customers in our local market.

 

  • Provide current information on flooring products and flooring products upgrades for specific floor plans.
  • Recommend product selections and upgrades.
  • Use proprietary computer systems.
  • Review job requirements and estimate jobs.
