Job Description -

Support a high-performance culture by aligning site human resources, policy and procedure with segment goals and objectives. Coach and mentor site HR/Safety staff as well as site Leadership Team.

HR/Safety Team consists of a Worker Compensation/Safety Coordinator, Employee Relations Manager, Payroll Administrator, HR Assistant, Receptionist.

Key deliverables will be in areas of:

Recruitment
Policy and Procedure Administration
Employee Relations and Performance Management
HR Processes - Payroll and Reporting
HR Continuous Improvement Projects

Requirements

Job Requirements -

7 to 10 years Human Resource generalist experience
3 years in a management role
4 year degree in related field
ADP and eTime experience preferred
Proficient in MS Excel, Word and Outlook
Ability to interpret and apply knowledge of Federal and State Employment Law and Regulations
Effective communication skills
Effective project management skills
Effective coaching and mentoring skills
PHR certification preferred
