Job Description -

Support a high-performance culture by aligning site human resources, policy and procedure with segment goals and objectives. Coach and mentor site HR/Safety staff as well as  site Leadership Team.

HR/Safety Team consists of a Worker Compensation/Safety Coordinator, Employee Relations Manager, Payroll Administrator, HR Assistant, Receptionist.

Key deliverables will be in areas of:
  •  Recruitment
  • Policy and Procedure Administration
  • Employee Relations and Performance Management
  • HR Processes - Payroll and Reporting
  • HR Continuous Improvement Projects
Requirements

Job Requirements -

  • 7 to 10 years Human Resource generalist experience
  • 3 years in a management role
  • 4 year degree in related field
  • ADP and eTime experience preferred
  • Proficient in MS Excel, Word and Outlook
  • Ability to interpret and apply knowledge of Federal and State Employment Law and Regulations
  • Effective communication skills
  • Effective project management skills
  • Effective coaching and mentoring skills
  • PHR certification preferred
