Job Description

Therapeutic Staff Support Needed For Immediate Cases!

 

Staffing Plus has immediate needs for School, After School and Evening Therapeutic Staff Support (TSS) cases!

  

Immediate demand for assignments in:

  

Allentown and Reading

  

 Earn up to $13.50/hr for cases!

 

 

  • As a Therapeutic Staff Support you will be required to provide Behavior Modification support to a client implementing a treatment plan. 
  • TSS will work closely with a behavioral health team, including Behavioral Specialist Consultant and Mobile Therapists. 

  • The Mental Health Professional will complete weekly paperwork and be a positive mentor to the client on a consistent and on-going basis.

      

 

 

  

 

To qualify for TSS / Therapeutic Staff Support you must have:

  • A bachelor’s degree in Mental Health, a bachelor’s degree in another field with at least one year paid experience working in direct care with children /adolescents, or an Associates degree or 60 credits towards a bachelor’s degree, with 3 years paid experience working in direct contact with children and/or adolescents

Requirements:

  • Current PA Criminal
  • Child Abuse Clearance
  • Cogent FBI Fingerprint – Locations in each county!
  • Physical and PPD (within one year)
  • CPR/FA
  • Must have Official Transcripts
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills A MUST
  • Reliable transportation a plus!
  • Must have a strong desire to work as a part of a Therapeutic Team

  

Staffing Plus will assist in obtaining all PA mandated clearances including Child Abuse, PA Criminal Background Check and Cogent FBI Fingerprinting (Department of Education).CPR, First Aid and all other required trainings can be obtained through our on-site training department
