Premium Auditor / Insurance Auditor

 We are experiencing rapid growth and are looking for individuals who are organized, detail oriented, energetic, and motivated and who can maintain confidentiality to perform insurance premium audits, full-time from our Urbandale, Iowa call center.

What is a Premium Auditor?

 Premium auditing is a function of commercial lines insurance (Workers Compensation and General Liability). The premium audits can be a stipulation of the policy, which requires the policy holder to allow an audit of their records to determine the appropriate premium to pay for the coverage. Information Providers, Inc. conducts these audits on behalf of the insurance company and they are used to adjust premium charges. Audits can be conducted by phone or physically at the place of business.

Premium Audits are an integral product in the insurance market and we are looking for individuals who are eager to learn something new. Because of the tough economic times, insurance companies have been increasing the number of audits that are completed over the phone…which means we are busy!

• No experience is necessary, we will train.

• Must have a high school diploma, some college preferred.

• Ability to talk on the phone for long periods of time.

• Must be proficient with computers and maintain accuracy in data-entry.

• An excellent attendance record.
