LEGAL SECRETARY - INSURANCE DEFENSE- PART TIME
Luks, Santaniello, Perez, Petrillo, Gold & Jones is a Corporate, Professional and Insurance Defense Litigation firm handling Liability and Workers’ Compensation claims out of seven strategic offices in Fort Lauderdale, Miami, Boca Raton, Orlando, Tampa, Jacksonville and Tallahassee. We’ve procured many good settlements and tried numerous cases successfully on behalf of our clients and have received Martindale-Hubbell's highest rating for Legal Ability and Ethical Standards.
Currently a Legal Secretary is needed to support an associate in our Insurance Defense division located in Tallahassee.
Requirements
- Ideal candidate must have a minimum of 4+ years experience to support attorney with cases including general liability, premises liability, automotive liability and wrongful death.
- Must be detail orientated with excellent proof reading skills.
- Must be motivated and able to work independently.
- Experienced at capturing of billable hours.
- Client Profiles a plus.
- Part-time position for 20-25 hours per week.
