IMMEDIATE OPENINGS FOR OPERATING ROOM AND MEDICAL NURSE MANAGERS!
SALARY APPROXIMATELY $80,000-$105,000!
We are a mid-sized teaching hospital in south central Pennsylvania looking for an experienced Operating Room Nurse Manager and Medical Manager to provide leadership to our hospital's nursing service.
We offer services and programs that feature highly skilled clinical staff, life-saving technology and state-of-the-art facilities to address some of the most complex medical, surgical and behavioral conditions.
Operating Room Manager
Under general supervision, the OR Nurse Manger manges the daily operations and work activities of professional nursing and ancillary services staff on assigned unit. Implements and interprets policies, procedures, standards and regulations to personnel, patients, and medical staff.
This unit has 18 OR suites and roughly 120 fulltime employees (FTEs). All types of cases, including open heart and neuro. There are 3 Nurse Managers which split the FTEs.
Medical Manager
High acuity medical/telemetry floor needs a nurse manager to manage the daily operations and work activities of professional nursing and ancillary service staff on assigned unit. This is a 20-bed unit with 42 FTE's. |

All applicants should be RNs with at least 3-5 years of Operating Room experience. Bachelor's Degree or higher required. Prior OR leadership experience required, supervisor, coordinator, manager, or Director-level. PA nursing license required.
