Job Description 

Looking to relocate to Atlanta, GA? Westwood College in Atlanta has a great opportunity for you. We are looking for Assistant Directors of Admissions for both of our campuses in the Atlanta area.
The Assistant Director of Admissions (ADA) is responsible for assisting in the successful operation of the activities involved in the Admissions department of the College, while maintaining personal sales accountabilities. The ADA ensures that assigned Admissions Representatives follow all policies and procedures regarding the enrollment of the prospective students. The ADA assists in the organization, supervision and direction of activities of their assigned Representatives including initial and ongoing training to improve the quality of the customer service. The ADA is responsible for the recruitment of their own new students, the recruitment of their assigned Representatives new students and meeting all monthly and class goals and budgets.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
To be successful in the organization, the ADA must be able to work with diverse contacts and have a high level of professional customer service. Other essential responsibilities include:
- Heavy outbound phone prospecting to company provided and self generated leads.
- Maintains production and results according to the Admissions "Standards of Performance" in areas including but not limited to: call time, number of calls, conversation rates and start rates.
- Completes Enrollment Paperwork and follows up with candidates through the enrollment completion process up to and including active attendance in school.
- Assists with training, evaluating and coaching Admissions staff.
- Runs and trains specific weekly staff meetings assigned by the DA
- Monitors assigned staff and ensures staff understands goals.
- Serve as a role model for the department and College employees for attendance, positive attitude, professional attire and appearance.
-Interfaces with students and manages student issues and complaints in a professional manner.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
One to three years sales management experience to include relationship building and customer service accountability, or demonstrated sales ability for one year or more in an Admissions Representative role demonstrating outstanding leadership skills. No less than three years sales experience. Strong track record of success and sales accountability. Organized, detail oriented and ability to multi-task. Passion for results, strong work ethic and a winning attitude. Ability to work independently and a self starter.
Education: Bachelors Degree.
