Outside Sales Representative


 

Summary: Provides leadership in field sales, account development and penetration, while managing the activities of an account base in the assigned territory. Responsible for sales and profit growth.

Duties and Responsibilities:

 

  • Targets regional and local accounts as assigned.
  • Develops and executes plans with emphasis on sales and profit growth.
  • Establishes local and regional contractual customers.
  • Meets and exceed established sales and gross margin goals.
  • Has high quality sales activity reporting on a scheduled basis and updated management.
  • Recommends changes and improvements.
  • Develops contacts at the purchasing and technical level within Account Base.

Requirements Skills:

 

  • Must have high performance sales skills.
  • Good time management skills.
  • Excellent verbal communications and the ability to be persuasive.
  • Must be computer literate with MS Office products.
  • Ability to resolve problems and find creative solutions.
  • Strong math skills including percentages.
  • High self motivation.

Base pay, car allowance, plus commission

Education and Experience: We seek motivated outside sales professionals.  A Bachelor degree with minimum 5 years qualified successful outside sales experience with industrial/technical emphasis; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Electronic/automobile/wireless/technical experience with customer and market knowledge is highly desired.
