Account Manager is responsible for providing the highest level of temporary staffing services to clients in the Allied Health and Pharmacy industry. Delivers high quality, professional candidates and advances the Staffing Plus brand across numerous markets and professional communities, while guiding candidates through the client selection process. Account Manager manages the presentation, selection, offer, negotiation, closing, and administrative components involved in full lifecycle recruiting. Execute sales strategy by calling on new accounts, opening and closing of new accounts.

Work closely with clients to identify temporary recruitment needs.

Source and identify potential candidates through the internal resume database, candidate referrals, networking, and electronic job boards.
- Call, screen, and qualify potential candidates.

Schedule interviews for candidates to meet with Clients.

Prepare candidates for interviewing with clients by providing detailed information on the organization, job descriptions, and expectation-setting.

Organize, lead, and document post-interview debrief/feedback.
- Serve as the primary liaison for everyone involved in the permanent placement process.

Manage problems with the Client as they arise providing clients with information and solutions.
- Achieve hiring and sales goals set by Executive Director and present/develop status reports consistently, as directed.
