Job Requirements
Responsibilities of Sales Consultant / Retail Sales / Sales Includes
- Making customers happy by providing outstanding service. This includes:
- Building long-term, quality relationships with clientele.
- Striving to understand customers' wardrobe needs.
- Raising customers' awareness to their current and future wardrobe needs and then filling those needs.
- Showing customers ways to maximize their purchases by selecting garments that can be worn in a combination of ways.
- Fulfilling customers' needs respectfully -- not pressuring customers into purchasing garments which do not meet their current and future wardrobe needs.
- Working closely with other Store Team Members to provide a high degree of attentive, professional service.
- Following up on all customer needs and requests.
- Achieving excellent sales volume by building a personal clientele base. This is done by: Providing exceptional customer service, as outlined above.
- Employing our proven sales training techniques.
- Understanding the features and benefits of our clothing.
- Embracing a team approach to taking care of customers
- Being open to suggestions for improvement. Contributing to our high-quality and team-oriented work environment by Working closely and enthusiastically with members of your Store Team, which includes Management.
- Helping Team Members whenever possible.
- Relying on Team Members to assist you in providing excellent customer service.
