IS Support Analyst I
Interline Brands is a business-to-business catalog, wholesale distributor of Maintenance, Repair and Operations products. We market and sell our products to professional contractors, facility maintenance professionals, hardware stores, over 150,000 professional contractors, and other businesses across North and Central America.
Responsibilities:
Will provide first level support for Mainframe & PC system users
Lucent telephone system administration
Supported Software: MS Office, Exchange Server, Windows
Shift hours are between 6 AM to 8:30 PM. Scheduled hours will not exceed 40 hours per week.
Rotating after-hours cell phone support may be required
Qualifications/Experience:
Min. 2 year support center or related experience
Min. 1 year support center or related exp in supporting internal / external clients
Working knowledge of Windows & Microsoft Office Suite
Knowledge of Dell and Compaq Hardware
MCP
Will also support mainframe computer applications and installed phone systems
