Job Description 

Our district office and fast growing company is currently seeking potential applicants to grow and advance with us. The primary responsibility of this position is insurance sales and marketing with an emphasis on business development!

This position offers excellent growth potential with first year realistic earnings at/around $45,000 - $75,000. Within three years, the majority of our agents earn well above six figures.

-Top 2500 Farmers Agency Managers earned an average of over $500,000 in 2004

-Top 500 Farmers Agency Managers earned an average of over $1,000,000 in 2004

-First year realistic earnings of a new agency manager; $45,000 - $75,000

Job Requirements 

Basic Requirements:

-Service and sell/market farmer’s products to new and established customer base. (Blend of new/old business)

-Service Existing Customers with their current needs/issues

-That you come to this position with a good personal credit history i.e. 0 to few issue with bankruptcies, delinquent students loans etc.

-Good Communication Skills
