MANAGER TRAINEE

As a Manager in Training, you will be charged with the challenge of learning all aspects of our business. You will spend a period of time mastering both the retail collections and retail sales side of a store’s operations. This career path will take top performers to the position of Store Manager overseeing all operations of a retail store.

Starting pay for a Manager in Training ranges from $24,700-$32,000 plus monthly bonus. Once you have earned your way to the Store Manager position, your salary will jump to at least $43,000 per year plus bonus. Our top Store Managers make over $100,000 annually!


The ideal candidate will be able and willing to work a 45 hour work-week, be able to work in a fast paced retail environment, and have the ability to offer superior customer service.
